O libro está dirixido, na miña opinión, ao estereotipo de persoa que corre, para quitarlle/nos os paxaros cabeza. Un modelo de amplo espectro, pero caracterizado por intentar facer máis do que está preparada para facer (resumindo moito).

Por isto, se es unha persoa que actualmente non corre nin fai outras actividades calificables como «chronic cardio», ou adepta ao HIIT, crossfit, etc etc etc entón podes comezar o libro no capítulo 7 (pola metade).
